This year marks the fifteenth year Thunderbird Technical Services has been in business! Â We started with just a few customers in the Cincinnati, OH area and expanded our services to the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio tri-state providing services primarily for Zebra, Datamax, Printek and Printronix printers. Â Later, our marketing efforts on the web, helped us grow to be recognized nationwide as customers sent printers into us for repair. Â Now, we have expanded our on-site services to Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA. and provide services for Intermecs, TSC, Citizen, HP, Lexmark, Sato printers.
We want to thank all our customers for their patronage (and sometimes patience). Â We have always endeavored to uphold a service model that is enviable in the industry and being thoroughly trained in diagnostics, repairs, installations of the printers we service as well as being well informed of operating systems and communication protocols.
